I have done business with this shop for years. Truly the best shoe repair shop in Dallas. Francis (who runs the front), is so wonderful to work with. She has always been upfront and honest about being able to repair an item. I go in with MY OWN ideas about how to repair my things. She looks at me and says, "Miss Pamm, that is just NOT possible". You cannot possibly go wrong doing business with them. I highly recommend this place.
