This place dont deserve not even 1 star.. Last summer i had a financial emergency and was referred to go here by one ofy my associates. The people treated me fair for my gold and knew that next time i have a situation that this would be the place to go. Fast forward a year + I go in yesterday for it is the only time in the last 12 month that I had any financial issues and remembering how good they treated me last time.. Just to be beyond disappointed and let down. Any time I show up to a business like this, I only deal in GOLD.. The most valuable item in their entire store... Not all that cheap BS they have collecting dust on shelves.. But GOLD.. Just to find out they are under new management that instruct their employees to jew and try and rob people out of their valuable possessions .. Even after their employee seen the exact item from a year ago on their computer.. They still tried to low ball me after the computer said i previously delt with them on a larger number in the past.. Back when gold was 1500 an ounce.. Yesterday it was just under 1800 an ounce. Dont do business with these gypsys unless you really enjoy getting played...

Went to the fort Worth location put a firearm in layaway came back to get it out of layaway he added $100 to it and he messed up on the ticket

Guns are way too expensive. Manager didn’t even talk to me. He was asked by one of the associates if guru would take a deal I offered for a gun and he stared at the computer. Didn’t make a counter offer. What a shame. Was a great shop and now it’s trashing.

I know that they do give loans on window units (air conditioners), because I personally have had to get one. As for washers and dryers I don't believe they do, but I could call and ask for you if you'd like or I can provide you their number if you want to call them.
