10/03/2022 THE NIGHT TEC WITH THE GREEN HAIR AND THE NIGHT NURSE WITH BRAIDS STOLE MY SHOES AND ALL MY JEWELRY!!! I TALKED WITH DAY STAFF TODAY ABOUT GETTING MY STUFF BACK AND THEY COULDNT FIND THEM ANYWHERE. MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE STOLEN BY THE NIGHT STAFF.

Mental Health issues as we all know, if goes untreated can be detrimental to the one suffering and to the family. I know this because I was someone who suffered from depression, suicide and anxiety as a child. My heart is heavy to know that your facility recently denied my godson care for the same illnesses, that I know personally require immediate evaluation and inpatient care. You clearly state on your website that "Suicide is the tenth leading cause of death in the US, claiming over 44,000 lives per year", however you've turned away a family that has sought out help from your facility, leaving them hopeless and feeling helpless, when they were referred to you in good faith. The 44,000+ lives lost yearly due to suicide unfortunately will continue to increase due to the lack of help and resources that is claimed to be provided.

When i was 16 and 17 I went here. And let me tell you, this place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I was in such a terrible place mentally and I thought I was a lost cause. The group therapy was so nice. They allow everyone to talk, And gave very valuable advice. One therapist I believe her name was Jasmine. She was my favorite therapist. I asked to transfer to her group the second time I went. they offer coloring sheets all day, food was very good, ALL the staff were so so kind and honestly I miss them! Even the cleaning ladies were so so sweet I learned so many coping skills that Still use today. Beds were like hotel beds. You can tell the staff care about and love their patients and their jobs. They give you journals as well that you can write in. They also do art, yoga and music therapy! I’m sure I’m forgetting something else. So much fun. The cafeteria ladies greeted us by name every meal time and always had a big smile. THIS PLACE HELPED! I really have nothing bad to say at all. They also give you privacy if you need it. With the door open of course. They don’t just throw you in a room by yourself. If you need REAL help that will last, COME HERE
