I am very pleased with my experience here. I am especially thankful and grateful to Christine, she helped me at the desk when I first called in and then other times I had to come in. My children and I were very worried about our cat and I was overwhelmed about how to deal with this. People who have good people skills and do their job well think nothing of doing so, that it is just their job, she was attentive patient and understanding and helpful when we needed it most. The way you handle your customers from the very moment you walk in the door is extremely important to any business but especially this business, she was exceptional in dealing with us when I had several questions difficulties and concerns, she exempified customer centricism. In addition to this everyone that I dealt with was very informative and helpful very helpful to a worrisome family with fur babies that mean everything to us.

We arrived 5 minutes before our 4:00 p.m. appointment. As of 5:05 p.m. we had not heard from or seen the vet doc. We saw a vet tech for about 5 minutes. Unbelievable horrible customer service.

No but I am not with the animal clinic
I'm looking at the bill for the cat I just put down and it shows $201.55 plus group cremation of $54.50 if you want your pet's ashes then the price may be different. You have the option to take your pet's remains without cremation for burial
There is an online coupon to reduce the cost of your first exam. Mine shows $25 after discount. They show you estimated costs for any treatment and you can choose to remove any option. There is a pet insurance offer that I believe is $35(?) a month that covers all costs if your pet needs routine care that you might want to check into. I know I regret not getting it for the outdoor cats I had to put down when they got hit by a car or something.
If you you bring her in, you can get an estimate before services. The charge for an exam is $68. Both ear mites and roundworms can usually be taken care of.
I agree with Misti. It's best for you cat to be seen by a vet.
You can always apply for Care Credit. That way, you can make monthly payments and not have to pay for the entire surgery at one time.
The do, they are usually done by dog groomer who is on site. If they are dogs like mine the Dr can give them a sedative to help them relax and they, the Dr would clip their nails.
