Since Zips has made the purchase of Metro the service is absolutely horrible! They don't do a pre wipe especially on the front bumper and winshield. The complimentary wipe after the wash is a 50/50. Can't find towels to wipe vehicles. Employees are always in office!

Do you always mistreat your customers? My friend’s vehicle was damaged while going through your car wash today and you won’t do anything about it? I will never give you my business or money. Poor customer services

Not sure which customer you're referring to. We had one customer's vehicle damaged a week ago when his vehicle rear ended into another customer that was still in tunnel. This matter has been reviewed with the customer and his damage claim will be paid by our carwash.
