I placed an order for the large bucket of raw honey. I called UPS and they said My order was lost. Someone was supposed to call me back from UPS and no one ever did. I called Desert Creek Honey to explain my situation and the lady named Tiffany said "don't worry about it, I'll order you a new one and don't worry about the cost, we'll just replace it." I couldn't believe it. I never did receive the first one. I could not believe she replaced it for me no questions asked. Outstanding service! I highly recommend them. I just got that order of honey today and I am ecstatic. Thank you so much Tiffany!

Questions & Answers

What are the " flavors". Like here in Maine we have lots of clover honey.... Lots of farm fields and grows wild... It's everywhere. And it's a nice flavor...

I bought a jar of creamed honey with cinnamon at TN fair that I loved! Took a chance on you guys but was disappointed cuz it was like eating straight cinnamon from the jar 🙁! Do you have a lighter version?

Hi! Thanks for giving us a try! Lots of cinnamon honey just has a hint of cinnamon, but since there are lots of benefits to honey and cinnamon together, we try to put a beneficial amount of real organic cinnamon in each batch. If it’s a bit too much cinnamon, you can blend it with normal honey to take away some flavor. Thanks for asking!

I just bought a 2# container of your wild honey through Amazon. The flavor is excellent, however, it's like sweet beach sand. I don't think there is any liquid in the container. It seems to be 100% granules. What should I do to get it to "run"

Hi Sam! Thanks for reaching out! Granulation is a common issue in Raw, Unfiltered Honey, however it is quite simple to re-liquefy it. The most natural way would be to pop the cap open for air expansion and leave it on the dashboard in your car during the day while at work. The heat inside of the car will serve as the same type of heat inside the hives and turn the honey back in to liquid. This is our number one recommended way to do this as it is the most natural. Hope this helps! Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you! Thanks! Brandi Desert Creek Honey

Hi. I understand that raw honey will start turning to sugar. Does your raw honey cristalize? If not, why? Tx, Clayton central Iowa

Honey will crystalize over time. 2 ways to remedy this.1-place honey in a pan of hot water. DO NOT boil the honey. Heat water to boiling, remove from heat. Put jar of honey in pan of water. 2. Place jar of honey on the dashboard of car, or in a window that gets lots of sunlight. Heat from sun should melt sugar back to honey.
