We went through the drive through the drive through here and the blond lady was so rude and disrespectful towards us. She refused to give us our receipt and kept telling is to hold on when she was ready.

They Messed the order up in the drive thru by handing us someone else's order. Went home to realize we had been given the wrong order.Had to drive back and sit in the drive thru lane again because they lock up the whole lobby. Their own workers could not get in to start their shift until someone came to get them. After waiting again they did remake my order,It was fresh. Still annoying that I had to wait in that long drive thru line a second time.

It's because Burger King doesn't really care about the conditions the workers go through just to keep the restaurant running. The higher up either keep hiring lazy, inexperienced workers and expect the few that still have integrity in their work to take the fact that it's them against the entire task force. At this point, most of the people who actual cared about quality either gave up or quit. This place is a nightmare to work at and those costumers who suffered from it should be heard but also need to hear the full story. There are still good people there trying to change this place but it's worse than an uphill battle in there and it's only getting worse.
they have 2 random inspections each year and so far seem to be passing enough to stay open.
They do drive thru orders. We eat there when we get off late. Usually 8pm. I have never been told that. Sounds like some one was being lazy. This Burger King going down hill. Sorry you had a bad experience.
It all falls on the management.. if they don't care. Then poor behavior rolls down hill. If you have a bad experience at this Burger King. Then Google reginal or executive offices. Register your complaint. Let it roll down hill onto them. They will investigate.. There is no excuse for poor behavior and poor service at any restaurant.
They only take online applications and are currently looking for 18+ aged workers
That Burger King always closes early. Worst BK around
