Very unhelpful. Throughout the entire intake process it is unclear to tell who they are actually servicing because apparently "holding down a job" and other unrealistic standards make you a functional person in need of no help. Counselors are very bias, sharing their personal views and judgements. Outdated, unhelpful, inconsiderate and very distressing for a person in need.

If you can afford it use someone else for care PLEASE DO! These people will give you the least amount of help that they are allowed to offer then spend the rest of your time together trying to take that care away. As an employee they have refused to let me be a part of meetings about my pay and i was told in those meetings I was once told to feel “lucky” i was being paid $11 and hour until they were forced to increase pay to $14 an hour which means I’m paid less to take care of an adult human being with special need 20 miles away from my house then i would be at the Burger King down the street.
