These guys at Stine just hit it out of the park with me. As a person who does research and asks a lot of questions, they were able to inform me on things not researched and questions I didn’t even know I had. They are great and I will continue to shop there for QUALITY products of the big box inferior products. Get a better bucket at Stine.

The store and the workers in the store are very good. However, the credit card is the WORST!!! I purchased a refrigerator and stupidly decided to get a Stine credit card to have a few months to pay for it. BIG MISTAKE!!! The credit card was sent but Wells Fargo never sent me a monthly bill. Consequently I had a service charge added. Same thing this month. I tried on the 19th to see why I again received no statement. How very interesting to be told I did not exist and my credit card was NOT RECOGNIZED! So, again a service charge was added. I reregistered, made a payment, only to get an email saying I was behind on payments. Still no statement or bill sent so I know when and what to pay!!! I again requested the service fee be removed but was told they wouldn't and couldn't!!! I would understand this if it was me being delinquent, but when I receive no bill, and am sent an email I am not recognized, I do NOT feel I should get a service charge added!!! DO NOT GET A STINE CREDIT CARD WITH WELLS FARGO!!!
