Staff should consider finding employment they can actually keep up with. I scheduled an appointment 3 hours prior, sat for an hour before getting my vitals taken. No one had the decency to update on the wait. Not to mention I know Theresa has a UTI. Unprofessional! Terrible experience I’ll NEVER go back.

While I was treated exceptionally well by everyone in this office, of special note, the receptionist went above and beyond helping a couple obtain service at another facility since this one did not provide the X-ray service they needed. She went out of her way to make sure they could be seen as soon as possible. In this day where customer service seems to be lacking almost every where, this office was full of smiles, warm greetings, professionalism and care. Thank you and God Bless!

Its always a pleasure stopping in here because Nurse Jocelyn is a ball of sunshine. You can't see her smile because of the mask but you can feel the warmth radiating from within. I didn't get the other names but everyone there is so sweet and make you want to stay to just chat. This was my 2nd time on for a drug test fir employment as the last job didn't work out. I hope this one sticks but I'm not opposed to going back just to say hello because the customer service is second to none. I observed Jocelyn handle a resident that was upset with his bill and when he left they were best buddies. It was uncanny. Another resident thought she was being ignored and again, Nurse Jocelyn handled it like a true seasoned professional veteran all whole taking care of my needs in the process. Thank you for being kind, efficient and making me laugh during a very stressful time.

It took an hour and a half to see the doctor but I called at noon and had an appt. Directly for 1:40 that same afternoon. The doctor I saw her name was Beth and she was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I hate going to the doctor but I'll go back to this place.
