We drove up from Colorado Springs to the Denver location to pick up kiln furniture and some clay Monday, pre Thanksgiving. Somehow our kiln plugs didn't make it into our package. However less than 5 days later we have received our kiln plugs VIA mail today. Hey, mistakes happen but what great customer service to correct a small bump. Thanks RMC !

Hi Cherl, thanks for the question! You can use any clay in a Raku firing although the thermal shock from the temperature change can cause the pieces to crack, that is why our Raku clay is recommended becuase it has materials that can withstand the thermal shock.
