I called to make an appointment for an oil change, on Monday, was told they don't do appointments but to come Wednesday. Waited at front desk for about 15-20 minutes, before ever being seen. Finally, after being seen, we sat in the lobby for another good 30 minutes before my truck was taken back. I sat there and watched the guys start on my vehicle and stop multiple times, to change tires on vehicles that came in after me. Since being told they don't do appointments, still trying to figure out why all these random people seemed to be more important than me. Won't be back to that location, ever.

Had to be towed to this Firestone on our way back to MO on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to get everything fixed in about an hour! We were thrilled - they really went above and beyond!
