I have used these people several times in the past and was very pleased so I hesitate to write this ….I went to have a trailer hitch installed on my 2021 Honda CRV. Waited for several hours only to find that they had installed a hitch but had cut a hole in my back bumper to do so. I have photos! And had to pay $300. Went to buy a travel trailer and did not buy one as they asked me where was I going to hook the safety chain to….no place…wrong hitch. Now I am trying to decide what actions to take. This hitch is wrong and my bumper has been messed up. I would not recommend again!!!
