You'll always be greeted in no matter what and the people there are really nice. I enjoy working out there. The machines could be a little more effective though and also they don't have dead lift☹️ but overall a good gym

When I 1st bought my membership I was told that everything was included. Everything was unlimited with the membership that I got ! I scheduled a Class with an Trainer. They then let me know that they We'll honor that appointment but they were not quite set up yet. So I continued going to this gym Or about a week so that I could be fully prepared. When the 10th came it was times for the class. They then told me after they saw me all week long twice A-day . It was only allowed to schedule a class one time per day. Which is not what the membership said! Which again is not what they told me during my 1st class ! The miscommunication was ridiculous. So I need Written confirmation of what my. membership cover! This was a complete waste of time On top of this Trainer decided to get a home workout so he played out so he put down a workout without communicating to me and most of the workouts I cannot do and I said that during the 1st day that I had my appointment. I am physically disabled in a few areas so the workout he had for me was not fit and this is before talking to me.

They won't, try E.O.S. they are open 24-7 I left planet fitness after being a loyal member of 5 years. Best decision I've made in a long time!

They have smith machines that function as your squat rack/bench. They're not free weight systems though
$10 a month with no contract and $22 a month for black card which allows any location and access to services like hydro massage massage chairs and even tanning!

This planet fitness does not have a dry sauna, or a steam room. They do have showers.

Honestly, I've been going consistently since they reopened (always before 10 am) and there wasn't ever a time where I felt crowded. In fact, it's been fairly empty at some points. I get what you're saying but, rest assured, it's not crowded at all.
