Bri L took my order had to repeat order several times when I told her 15 number I wanted her reply was if that’s what u want which one in the rudest way I will not be talked to like that I will be rude right back then replies I hope u have a better day I was having a great day until had to deal with rudest every time I come there someone is rude this little girl was uncalled for I will not be back if this is the service I get

This sonic will never cease to amaze me. We are quite well spoken people and have worked in the service industry (sonic was my first job and I loved it) so we know to always try to be understanding and how to get our order in efficiently. Every time we order here, they either have no idea what we are saying (due to their own incompetence or lack of caring/paying attention), OR we will be in the middle of trying to speak and we get asked “Anything else?!” EVERY TIME WE ARE DONE SAYING ONE SINGLE ITEM. It’s incredibly rude and inconsiderate. ‘Tia’ took our order this afternoon and seemed like she had no idea or care as to what we were saying. Even if she’s new, that isn’t an excuse for how frustrating ordering with her was. She corrected us multiple times when we were saying the right thing. It felt like a hidden camera show. This is one of the poorest ran Sonic’s that we have ever been to.

They need more sauce on the boneless chicken.. sometimes they get orders mixed up as well but heck, we're all human here lol 🤷‍♂️

Very nice, fast, and accurate on orders just need to make sure you watch other drivers because the location stays busy and the layout is not that great
