Would rate it a five except it needed to be skimmed a little better...best part are the appreciative residents and the calming effect of the pool...as well as the depth designed for swimming/walking by lanes...also, that it is private.

Hello, I just moved to San Tan Valley area and would like to know if this pool is open to the public? When I googled “public pools” this was one of the first to come up.

Not public...only homeowners with keys get in.
