I use to frequent this particular location on a regular basis as I was a member of their monthly plan which included unlimited washes per every month. However, the quality started to diminish which led to me canceling my membership and finding another vendor to do business with. Fast forward to Saturday, July 16, 2022: I decided to give Car Spa-Midtown another chance to win my business back and, once again, they assured me that I made the right decision by canceling my membership. I paid for a wash/shampoo and received a half-hearted interior vacuum, less than thorough wash through the drive-thru and a horrible detail job when it came down to drying and detailing the rims and tires on my car. I did, however, speak to the manager on duty and shared my concerns about the lackluster service I received during my last visit and she advised me that to have my rims/tires properly detailed and polished was an additional $30!!! Needless to say, Car Spa will no longer receive anymore business from me. Money is too hard to come by to have it wasted on less-than-enthusiastic employees who don’t seem to care to perform their job description to the utmost of their ability. Consumers beware Update: If you’ll take notice of the response I received for posting this review, I did, indeed, reach out to Mr. Joshua Ormond (Director of Operations) only to have my calls go straight to voicemail where I left a message regarding this review but have yet to receive a return phone call/email. I guess Car Spa can talk the talk but won’t walk the walk so I’ll stand by my originally posted review. Thanks for nothing Car Spa Update: I did, in fact, speak with Joshua Ormond and he explained that, due to extenuating circumstances, he was out of the office at the time I tried to reach him soon after his attempt to rectify the bad experience I had at the Car Spa in Midtown Houston, TX and he assured me that I would be offered a speedy resolution to my dissatisfaction so my hat goes off to this guy for being not only professional but helpful, considerate and extremely polite while handling this situation. Thanks again, Josh. Great job! 👍🏽 🚨Update🚨- I returned to the scene of the crime, so to speak, after speaking with Josh and the guys at Car Spa downtown did an immaculate✨ job on my car. I was also notified by new management that the former manager for that location was no longer with the company (as he was the guy mainly responsible for the workers doing a half-hearted job on most vehicles once they were lined up for drying/detailing-strictly my opinion based on a few conversations I overheard, with other customers, that were less than professional) and that he would make sure that I would be more than pleased with the finished product they were offering. He didn’t lie. Great job, ladies and gentlemen. You’ve earned my trust, and business, again 👌🏽
