Amazing. Edit: There wash and fold used to be $1.85 a pound and now it's $2.35. I had been using this service and recommended it to my mother thinking it was still $1.85 a pound, who then scheduled a pick up and ended up getting charged a whopping $248 for 87 pounds of laundry (+%20 gratuity). There's no way that's worth it. I watched my mother put the laundry together and had she had done it herself at our laundry mat it would've cost her $25 at most. She's going to call them to reweigh. The difference in prices is actually more than you think. At $1.85 a pound, 25 pounds of laundry is $46.25, at $2.35 it's $58.75. That's 12 extra dollars for every 25 pounds of laundry, for reference 25 pounds is the same weight as 3 gallons of water. If you have a family you know your laundry is much much much heavier than that. So 100 pounds of laundry will now cost you $48 more than it would before. It is so much better to just do it yourself at a laundry mat you will save SO MUCH MONEY. My mother also has a screenshot of when she was scheduling a pickup and it shows that it says $1.85 a pound, yet on her receipt it says they charged her $2.35. I really liked this place. I'm not rich and frankly I'm not even middle class. My money isn't disposable and I was using this service because I have no in-unit washer and dryer and the laundry room provided for us at the apartment is dirty and never maintained and also I lost the key to it. I just don't think it's worth it anymore.

This Laundromat has improved 100% the past 6 months. Cleaner and hardly any Derelicts there like it use to be. People mostly come there to wash and dry their clothes. Greatly impressed with the Owner and worker.

Hello Barry There should be a number for Dennis..he can let the owner aware of it...for what he will do about it I'm not sure.. I ve lost so much money in those machines and gripped and gripped..owner said he will give me a free wash..if you can't reach Dennis. Show up when the doors open to catch the owner..real early ! Good luck, i got change to buy detergent and was harrassed by the staff so i dont go there anymore, there used to be someone on the premises, cut your losses and go elsewhere
