I have been going to DVMW since I moved from Philadelphia to Bristol Borough, which has been about 12 years. I have "NEVER; had a problem with the Staff or any of the Doctors there. They have always been helpful as can be. I have seen some of the other ratings and don't understand them. Most offices have been running slowly because of covid...this is the new now.

Absolute joke of a doctors office refusing to see patients I’m just done with them they used to be so good they were the last three or three years or so they have just gone downhill tremendously are incredibly rude

New patient and I am amazed by the hold times when you call the office. Today after 10 minutes I hung up. Also seems disorganized on test results and who ordered the test and when they call to talk to you, someone who has no clue about your procedure and cannot answer questions leaves an uncomfortable feeling with me. My old doc would call you personally to answer questions if needed.
