NO POOL, THAT IS AT THE LOCATION RIGHT NEARBY. A google search will make it look like there’s a pool here. Everyone checking in thought there was a pool, including us Decent hotel for a decent price. Good for a stop along the way travelling. Great front desk staff. No housekeeping unless you are there for 3 days. BUT, totally not the hotels fault but they had no room keys for a couple days and. Which means no easy in and out of the hotel. We left and came back once and waited over 10 minutes for someone to let us in their room so we didn’t bother to leave again. Only 1-2 people on staff and they have to run up and down to let everyone in their rooms every time they leave, never mind check people in and out at the same time. For an exceptional circumstance like this I think a partial refund should have been offered (paid in advance) and at a minimum an extra staff on duty to accommodate this. Not cool to feel trapped in your room. The running staff did amazing for an unfortunate circumstance however!!

Family used a ground floor handicap room again this time. Walk in shower with chair, safety bar's, bathroom extra large, completely setup for wheelchair use. Double beds with room for wheelchair around sides and ends.

Check-in was quick and the room was clean and nice it had a big bathroom with nice soft towels and the beds were clean and comfy so we slept like babies. The breakfast in the morning was good we had waffles and yogurt and bagels so I was happy with the breakfast they served in the morning. Kinda a crazy thing we looked out of our room and saw these geese up on the roof of the hotel 😆 I think the room was just over $100.00 so it was kinda spendy but you get what you pay for so I would give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Words cannot explain how kind and genuine the guy at the front desk was. Travelling any where in the united states can always make you feel uneasy, but Dean at the front desk makes you feel like you're at home and more than wanted there. This gentle man has went above and beyond with many situations that i had, and has communicated with me successfully with my room switch over. This guy has done everything in his power to make my stay alot more settle in a place that i have never been. I hope they do something good with this guy and make good use of him. My job contract has just extended and i have no worries at all staying here a bit longer
