Being from Missouri, I have a high standard for US barbecue-St. Louis & Kansas City styles are generally hard to beat. However, I had a sliced brisket sandwich and smoked Mac and cheese at Ray’s and was blown away. The meat was incredibly tender, well-smoked, properly seasoned, and worthy of eating without sauce. The sauce provided was excellent and the Mac and cheese was so flavorful, I wanted more. Can’t recommend highly enough, they know what they’re doing.

I don't know about the German chocolate cake but the Sock it to me cake slice is $2.95 so I'd expect it to be about the same price...hope this helps you

Mr Tom Uncle, this place is family owned. There is nothing RACIST about that! Check your spelling and grammar, it could be the reason you didn't get the job! As a cook it takes years of experience to work in a business like this! I hope this help you much!
