Terrible return policy - shoppers beware! Extremely disappointed. We wanted to use a local vendor for our new kitchen lighting and found two fixtures we liked in one of Alloway's catalogs. We called and placed the order over the phone with the owner and waited over 3 weeks for them to arrive. We then had to pick them up from the store, got them home and realized they were just not right for our space. We went back the next day to return them only to find out they charge a 25% restocking fee and shipping/handling! The owner was cold and noted that the fine print on the receipt explains as much---after you've already purchased the lights. We ended up paying $360 for returning unused lights!!! TERRIBLE.
