Noone working was impossible to get a unit went Trust Storage instead they have a kiosk inside easy to use 😀 this one is useless

I have previously done business with this facility, and had a positive experience. This time, I had a reservation for a unit and was unable to complete the transaction online. I went to the location. While the hours were stated to be 9-6, no one was there at 9. I called customer service twice and was told I would be contacted soon. I wasn't, no one showed up by 9:45, and I went to another business. Disappointed!

Never did I think a storage unit would lock you out of your own unit after being on auto pay and never missing a payment because they lost your lease. The lady with the colored hair inside was very rude and unprofessional was upset that we had showed up 30 mins before they closed to make sure we were able to enter our unit. After being locked out and not being able to access our work items. Would definitely not recommend this place and would definitely think that keylock would hold their employees to a higher standard.

I have had no problems using this storage facility. I love that I can open the gate with my app on my phone. Love it!!!
