230pm on a Tuesday afternoon, been sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Same 1 car at the window and 1 in front of me still. Everytime I come, no matter the day or time, they can't get people through in a reasonable time. Going in, is no better. Will be changing pharmacies.

They spent the whole afternoon trying to process a single antibiotics order. When I sent my husband to pick my medicines they did put everything inside the bag but never gave the antibiotics. Pharmacy closes at 8:00 PM and I called at 7:50 PM when my husband arrived home with 3 medicines but not the antibiotics. No chances to come back and Pick the antibiotics. The solution was "come the next morning". Obviously you do not have enough customer care skills to wait for me to drive and pick my antibiotics after 8:00PM. The most important medicine they take the whole life to do it. I cannot think how is the delivery service you may never get anything.

I don't think the pharmacy knows what they're doing. I picked up a prescription which my doctor flagged "new prescription- patient consultation required" They provided no instructions, I even had to ask for syringes for the injection. They gave me a bunch of needles and stuff in a bag with no further help. Thank goodness for You Tube.

Customer service is lacking. Refuse to give you the names of doctors who prescribe a certain kind of medication that you know works for you. I am definitely taking my time now to find more compassionate pharmacists.
