Today was my first class and I loved every minute of it. It was such a good workout. I was feeling it by the time I got home. The instructor is really helpful and went around to make sure everyone had the moves down. I can't wait for my next class.

We offer kickboxing classes (which is a blend of using both punches and kicks) to workout.

Hey Katie! We accept members who are 13 years old and up. We have seen great success with having teens on the mat with us. It's a great, healthy outlet for them!
