If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't have signed a lease here. The trash bill is roughly $45 per month. All of a suddend a Sewage bill shows up early this year at $36 per month. Recently management started regulating on items on the Balcony. Basic solar lights with very low deem are not allowed. If you get a good parking space, you're one of the lucky few. I would look elsewhere. This place is not worth it.

The Strand is a smoke-free community with an expansive fitness center, business center, resident clubhouse, and co-working spaces that our residents take full advantage of when working from home! We have covered parking spots for all our residents. For a limited time, we are also providing two complimentary assigned parking spaces for residents. There are also guest parking spots for visitors and ample street parking in the surrounding area.
We love pets at The Strand! We welcome your furry friends – cats and dogs. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is $500 one-time refundable deposit and a pet rent of $35 per month. We also have a pet spa and dog park on-site.
The monthly rental rate you see online is not inclusive of applicable taxes/fees nor utility costs.
Upon move-in, you will be greeted by our leasing staff and maintenance who can answer any questions or concerns and walk you through the process. In addition, we have partnered with local moving companies for additional move-in assistance, if needed.
