my sister ordered the pizza wrong online and they absolutely refused to fix it.

Quality has gone down a lot. Orders of ExtraMost is becoming thinner and less with cheese and peperoni as observed, unless they swap the ExtraMost with just a classic $5 pizza and charging innocent folks more for it. The staff should also be more friendly and caring towards the customers. My family also had upset stomach after eating the pizza and crazy bread perhaps from mishandling.

I just picked up my order and the dough was not done all the way through on the supreme pizza or the crazy bread. Spent over 35.00 on food that can't be eaten.
