Plenty of space. Well kept. And there were several area for my granddaughters to play. Restrooms were adequate.

Nice park. We went there for durga puja event and it was great. Since it's an open park.. it was better in the evening than in the afternoon which is expected. But overall a good experience.

I haven't seen the fields named "2A", this could be a a segregation on spot by event organizers
I haven't seen anyone chasing off skateboarders but that being said there are no ramps or jumps
Yes & No On soccer days in the Basin area there are signs posted that dogs are not allowed per city ordinance. Outside the basin you are probably ok if you stay near the walking path. On non soccer days dogs are allowed everywhere in the park. Please bring poop bag, there are no poop station bag dispensers, and no trash cans except near covered area and playgrounds in the center of park.
