Shannon, Demi, Driver Buddy, Pastor Jason, Photographer Edwina, Kailee and Davina wedding staff were great! I hate that Shannon was on leave but will return to Vegas just to meet her. Staff was professional, answered all emails and questions. Our day was delayed because of COVID-19 but went off without a hitch 2 years later. I can't wait to see the photos and plan my retirn trip within a year.

They are horrible to work with. I never take the time out of my day to write a bad review, but people need to know. 1) They canceled my wedding after I paid the deposit because they stated I didnt reply to their emails (very false). After attempting to call them I was hung up on twice. We then got it figured out. 2) They titled my documents with my husbands last name- which was wrong because I didnt change mine. I signed documents verifying this, so it was very upsetting. The response I got lacked any sort of compassion and said “Well, you know 95% of brides take their husbands last name”. 3) There are no good photos bundles that do not cost an arm and a leg. When asked if I could make a payment plan, I was told that is only for the big packages. So any additional photos I wanted had to be paid up-front, which was not conveyed in the photo email. Very unprofessional and not worth the hassle

They made sure that my wedding was everything that I wanted it to be. We were married on 2/2/22. Everyone was friendly & professional. Everything was truly amazing from beginning to end

Went off without a hitch. They do a lot of weddings and have a pretty well running system. Good experience we did the ignite package and paid for pictures. Limo was nice.
