I've had mixed experiences at this office (primary care side), so it is hit or miss. I think the quality has decreased recently. Office: Appointments are usually 3-4+ months out (for established patients) depending on the issue. They have been updating the office/expanding so it just feels more chaotic than it did before. You can feel shuffled through like livestock at times. Sometimes "expansion" and "updates" means the office becomes less personable and more corporate. They must overbook patients & depending on the time of day, you will have a wait. Morning appointments are a little better if you can get one! *Pro-tip: Definitely do the pre-registration/check-in before you come to the office. Lab: I would request to go to an outside lab. You used to be able to walk-in & wait (long waits). That was okay, but several times they missed part of my lab order & I had to return again for a second draw which was frustrating. Now you have to schedule an appointment (and I was told by staff they just cancel it if the one* nurse calls out sick), so it is better just to get lab orders for Quest which is more reliable. Staff: Medical assistants here are wonderful, especially Aja! She has such fun energy & makes patients feel comfortable. The front desk staff is usually helpful/friendly as well. Provider: PA Tamika Phyfer was fantastic when I saw her the first couple of times, seemed really invested in trying to help me. At the last visit, however, she acted annoyed and didn't want to listen to my concern at all. I think she is a solid provider but the clinic has grown so large, she is probably overwhelmed with patients. I was disappointed with the last visit/not feeling heard, but I want to extend her some grace as I know her job is challenging. Other: If you have an issue, it takes multiple phone calls to resolve. Feels like the game of "telephone" as the message/original question is usually lost by the time it gets to the provider. The call center tries, but they are not clinical staff. It isn't a very good system as communication is lost. You need to be assertive with the referrals process or you may never get your referral. I appreciate referrals take a couple of weeks, but make sure to call after one month. After 1.5 months, I was told "the referral department is working on that today & they will call you back." Hmm. I never got a call. So again, the communication is not clear. You are told one thing & then you have to call again & go through a new call center person who says another. You do need to give the referrals department time/patience but make sure to check up after a month or your referral will never get done. Trying to establish care elsewhere due to the recent decrease in quality.

Had a great experience here, would recommend this urgent care or clinic to anyone I know. Keep it up!

I definitely prefer this urgent care over CareNow on Horizon. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. My copay was 70 dollars cheaper than at CareNow. All the staff that I encountered were very friendly. The doctor was very thorough with his exam and didn’t have me waiting in the room for a long time as I did at CareNow. I would definitely go back here in the future.

Needed rapid blood testing and this urgent care isn't capable of that, yet they have that service at the other urgent care locations. Ended up being sent to hospital ER. I was sent to Henderson hospital. I have since received a co-pay bill of $240. The Hospital charged Medicare $33,000.00. For an abdominal CT and bloodwork. I was sent home told I was ok despite my fatigue and other symptoms I went there for. This all could have been avoided including being exposed to other sick people sitting in that ER waiting for 5 hours if the urgent care had the proper equipment.
