By far the most unorganized dentist office I’ve been to. The hygienist, Hong Le, is very dismissive. I had an appointment for a cleaning scheduled and was told I wouldn’t be be able to get a cleaning that day because she had a full schedule? I have to emphasize the fact that I had an appointment just like all of her other patients. I’ve taken time out of my day to leave work, drive all the way out to this location and be dismissed without a logical reason. Very disappointed with the service received today. Will be escalating this further. Communication isn’t their strong suit at this location so if you are booking a service make sure you communicate every little detail and repeat it twice just to save yourself the time. The only helpful person was the male front desk agent. I hope they get it together.

I don't ever write reviews, but this was just NOT a good first impression. I went in to get a crown re-cemented, and I was able to leave with that done, which is great. However, I could have done without the passive aggressive tone from the dentist and her overall poor bedside manner. I left feeling very judged. The other staff were kind, but I ended up being misquoted for what I would pay out of pocket and did not know until I was already done with the procedure and getting ready to check out. Overall a little shady.
