We tried to go here with my family last Saturday. The radar had a pop up shower above Cassville closer to Monett. We thought we would be fine. We got to the pool and people were still swimming, so we went up to the counter & paid. The whistle was blew for everyone to get out because they said they seen lightening. We just then found a place to put our bags/towels. We waited 10 minutes in the sun and my one year old was getting fussy. I went to the counter to get my money back because we haven't even stepped foot in the water! They were making a big deal out of giving me my money back. Manager had to come up to the front and he told us this would be the only time I would get my money back. Said I need to be aware of the weather from now on. I thought the whole process was a little rude considering we didn't even step foot in the water.
