Reservations are almost pointless, its still "first come first serve". And they don't tell you until the absolute last second that they don't have the truck you reserved.

Absolutely never rent through U haul to begin with. This branch of such a horrifically unorganized company is a true representative of what a nightmare this company is to work with. Mind blowingly awful customer service at this branch. Specifically whomever answered the call around 9:30am on Monday September 26th personally lost this company $4000 worth of business.

Pretty friendly staff. Not sure if they're always short staffed but three times I attempted to get propane during summer 2022 and they are never available. And this is when they were always open.
