I bought a car here about a month ago. Everything was great up until the dealership received the check from my bank. After that, their communication fell through. They wouldn’t call back when they said they would and they weren’t answering my emails. Seems like they got their sale for the end of the month and stopped caring. Mind you, I work at a dealership so I know how things can get. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and shrugged it off. So we finalized the deal and they said the car had been washed and detailed. I sent my transport guy to pick it up and upon his arrival, he noted that the car had not been washed and was in fact very dirty. Not only was the entire exterior full of dirt, but the paint had swirls all over it. This was most concerning. They also left the stickers and adhesives on the front windshield. I sent the sales manager Brad Adams an email and tried to call him to address my concern and have them reimburse me for having to pay to get it professionally paint corrected and detailed. I was told he would have to call me back. No one ever reached back out to me. When you’re buying an almost $54k car, you should not receive it in this condition.

I purchased a car that needed repairs within the first 5 mins of driving off the lot. I also specifically said multiple times I wanted a 48 month loan term which was shown to me the entire time and when I signed. When the company called to set up my loan information they had on file it was a 72 month term and almost $10,000 more. I’ve left multiple messages, they do not call back. The only person who’s been helpful in dealing with the issues is a member of the service department. Financial and sales avoiding my calls and when I went to see them they lied to my face and said well if you pay this original amount you looked at $504 instead of $463, it would be a 48 month term. I talked to the financial place and they said if I paid the original amount I had discussed with BMW ($504/monthly) it would end up being only 8 months earlier paid off. Not 2 years. DO NOT LET THEM LIE TO YOU. They also did not give me documentation of any paperwork I signed in reference to the loan agreement 🚩 🚩 🚩

As long as you have proper documentation, you can have the parts department order you a new key for your vehicle. Contact the parts department and see what documents you need to order one. Hope this helps!
