Dean came to our house and surveyed the foundation issues we were experiencing with our garage. He asked questions about our concerns. He gave us a detailed estimate which was a little more than what another company gave us. I chose Dean because he was very detailed, informative and explained why/what products he was going to use. Dean and his crew came out in subzero weather and started the job and completed it within a few days, even with all the difficulty they experienced with the frozen ground and repairing/replacing faulty repairs that had been done by previous companies. They were all very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to a few requests we had in regards to our yard. I had USS come out to look at my foundation, I had some cracks that were concerning me. The technician was friendly and informative and gave me an honest evaluation. In my case he recommended keeping an eye on the crack to see if it changes any. While there was some obvious movement, his measurements indicated that it was not yet significant. I would recommend them.
