Horrible…for the ten years I have been renting vehicles for spring and fall break months in advance.This year, nope…got a call on a Monday verifying the reservation….came to leave on Saturday…got a call at 8:43a, our pick up time At noon, saying they don’t have the vehicle that we reserved and if we want the vehicle we have to drive to Frankfort or Louisville to get it. Last minute drove to Louisville to pick it up…I will never use enterprise again. Sad stuff!!!
