First off...don't sign anything your not sure of the first couple days...like saying you will pay for stuff or a contract. Make sure the job is a fit for you because they will send u to get a physical the first day. Don't bother if you have a cheap phone or phone plan with no intentions of buying something that costs more, They will try to get you to have a more expensive set up...spending your money. If you don't they will send the recruiter ( not the person in charge) to let you go. I have a pic of their policy saying that some of the drivers don't even have a phone and they provide one, but I guess it depends on who you are which is not stated in the policy but was explained to me by the recruiter. Also...during orientation be prepared to sit in a room by yourself with noone to explain things or answer any questions. If you don't understand...tough luck.. everyone else is busy and don't have time to be bothered with you. If there was someone with me to answer questions maybe I woulda understood things better. This was my first attempt to get a trucking job...terrible decision obviously!

Not yet an employee, BUT I WILL BE. I have heard a lot of good things about this company and have seen their equipment out on the road and I immediately knew I had to do an application. I did that and decided to go in and talk to them in person, Hanna I think is her name had a sit down with me and we talked about the company and stuff, then she gave me a small tour of the place. It's absolutely amazing, the facilities, the trucks, the people who run it, the atmosphere and environment, are all incredible. I wish I would have went here to obtain my cdl because I can absolutely see this company being my final workplace. Even if I cannot get in the door right now I still want people to know this place is here and how friendly they are, and I will do whatever it takes to get in here. Sorry for the long review but I loved what I saw and had to let others know. Go take a tour, go sit down with them, you'll understand.
