I’m reluctant to write this review, however after multiple months of trying to get my issues addressed with this dealership, I’m left with no choice. My wife and I went to this dealership several years’ ago looking for a late model CPO. We have been MB owners for several years, having owned five different MB’s over the last 15 years. Always bought CPO. My sales rep asked me why we do CPO. I told him we like the lower cost of ownership, no out of pocket surprises. Typically always E-classes. He showed us a new two door C-300 for lease. Said it might be less expensive than the other vehicles we were contemplating. Even with all additional insurances, which would ensure there was no out-of-pocket expense at all including complimentary pick-up oil changes, the monthly cost would be less than buying a CPO. So, we leased for the first time. The car itself was nice, but ultimately we drove my car more over the 3 years we had the lease. This car was for my wife, and the doors were very large/heavy as it was only a two door. We put very minimal miles on it; it stayed garaged most of the time. Upon turn-in and walk-around inspection with our sales rep, there was no damage done to the vehicle, and all appeared in great shape. Our rep said so as well. We signed final paperwork, looked at a few new vehicles, but stated we would be waiting a bit before we bought another one. 30 days later, we receive a bill for ~$3,800 from MB Financial! They claimed that, upon further inspection, the front light was damaged and had to be replaced. I fought this immediately, as this was flat out not accurate. The sales rep said they did a ‘much more detailed inspection’ once we left and found this. My response was that we turned the car in without a scratch, let alone a broken front light. We would have seen a broken front light. He said, in essence, he’s not the final say in the matter and that I should file a claim with my insurance. For a car I no longer owned. I of course fought this. Escalated to anyone who would listen, and finally after a few months of hearing nothing back/receiving anything in the mail, assumed the issue had been resolved. Fast forward ~2 years. My wife and I went to refinance our home, and upon doing so found that the dealership had sent our $3,800 to collections! For whatever reason, we never received any notification. Once I saw this, I proactively reached out to the collections agency, the dealership, and MB Financial. The dealership would not respond. I tried reaching them on several levels (phone, txt chat, emails, multiple divisions). Finally my original sales rep responded with one email, stating he told me I should have filed this as an insurance claim. When you buy Mercedes/BMW’s/etc., you expect a level of service. We pay more in order to get this. The vehicles are wonderful. However, in our opinion, this dealership is not representative of the MB service level and persona. Absolutely terrible experience and I highly recommend not to purchase or lease a vehicle from them.

Ask for Julie Butsch, she is the best! She is amazing and makes the process really smooth. Julie goes above and beyond for her clients and tries to help as much as possible. The day we arrived at Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati they did not have the specific vehicle my wife was looking for on the lot but had one arriving in a few days that was exactly what she wanted. Julie was able to secure that vehicle for my wife. Julie keep in contact while we waited for the vehicle to arrive and even sent a picture of the vehicle on the transport truck upon its arrival. There was zero pressure from Julie or Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati and my wife and I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend Julie and MBofCincinnati.

Tried to trade in a car. This dealership attempted absolute highway robbery. Their "deal" was a $600 monthly payment on a $20k car with a 72 month term. The worst dealership I've ever dealt with. If you want old school haggling to the extreme this is the dealership for you.

"APR" stands for the Annual Percentage Rate. Typically referring to the interest rate of your car loan. This yearly interest rate is what you'll pay in addition to the amount you borrow initially and can be fixed (unchanging for the duration of your loan term) or variable (may change over the life of the loan).
Yes. Transparency is paramount for our team. If you have any questions regarding specific inclusions within this agreement, the friendly and knowledgeable team member working with you will be happy to review and explain every line.
Hey Erik, thanks for reaching out. The cost to program the key fob is $199. Come on in and we can get that taken care of for you.
What is wrong with it
I'm pretty sure keys are car specific and can't be changed. At least that's how my 2007 c class was
