Horrible customer service the service the secretary is very rude and doesn’t care about customer I wait for her to help me out but she was on the phone not talking to anyone and the when she finally decide to help she was not nice always answer rude

Had me wait for an hour and then they told me I couldn't be seen. Very disappointed in the service. Considering they work out of costco I was expecting to receive the level of service I receive from the store but I was wrong.
