My case took a long time to conclude but not once did I feel alone in my situation. My attorney always kept me updated and explained everything every step of the way. I would definitely recommend!

Horrible horrible experience!!!!! Run! Not only was it insanely impossible to even speak with a lawyer and after submitting all of my information and pictures and paperwork which took hours of me running to do their job! I was informed that even though I have over 20,000$ in damages and I was in horrible pain for months with scar broken bones they didn’t feel that they could prove my case in my favor unless I paid for a mechanic and basically did all their work to hand them a winning case! The intake department was just rude and to tell someone that we’ll by the pictures it doesn’t look THAT BAD!!! They didn’t bother to see the other two bikes that were completely totaled ! Or even look at the medical to see how bad I was injured they absolutely don’t care about the person they are looking for a quick easy way to steal your money

Percentages vary depending on the case type. It's usually around 20% for Workers' Compensation. Thanks for your question. Please let us know if we can do anything else to assist you!
Great question Amanda. The answer is no. Workers' Compensation benefits come from your employer's insurance provider, and it does not cost your direct employer anything. We have had some clients have issues with the employer due to time off needed because they are injured. Your attorney can advise you in this situation. If you have an attorney involved sooner they can help you take precautionary steps to make sure you have explored all options to stay protected from your employer, such as proper ways to document your injury report, and ways to notify your employer. We hope this helps! Thank you.
Really
It depends on the specifics of your case and how simple or complex it is. It can also vary by your response time and response time of the people that the attorneys have to communicate with. They were rather quick with my settlement.
Thank you for your question Carol! The Illinois Hammer was a nickname Bradley Dworkin, the Senior partner at the firm, and the firm itself, developed over time for "hammering" the insurance companies in order to get our clients the largest settlements possible, and it stuck! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hello Tierra, this is called a premises liability case which may also have a workers' compensation component. We also want to be clear, that when you seek workers' compensation after an injury at work, you're not suing your employer, you are filing a claim with your employer's insurance company. This is a separate entity. While we can't fully advise you on next steps because we'd need more detail on your case, we can encourage you to call us so we can obtain more information. This is a completely free case assessment. The number to call is 312-777-7777.
Hello. We are unsure of what your question is. Can you please elaborate so we can assist you in anyway possible? Please keep in mind we are an injury law firm that helps those that have been injured. Thank you!
Hello Susan, we'd suggest speaking directly with your attorney on this. If you do not have an attorney we'd suggest calling our firm to have your case assessed. From there options can be discussed. Thank you for your question.

This particular state calculates based on annual salary and should generate about 66% of that 'gross salary.'

Every case is a little different, so the answer is not always the same. Hello Kurt. Are you asking what percentage of a settlement a client receives? If so, percentages vary depending on the case type. Our fee is usually around 20% for Workers' Compensation. Yes you can! Just call our firm and we will work with you regarding the current status of your case and if we are retained as your attorney representative we alert the other firm that you are no longer their client for you. You don't ever have to communicate with them about your case moving forward if you don't want to. Thank you for your question!

At this time we do not. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Yes if it was at work.
Don't do it unless you are sure for a quick settlement, I got either a $1000 loan or a $1250 loan which at the time I could use all the money I could get to not lose my house which I did anyways and after taking over 3 years to settle and interest and an email in regards to my settlement being over looked by D&M it cost me $6000 of my settlement which was an additional $1000 for the nine months my settlement was delayed. Mr. Marciello said that he would see what he could do but nothing ever happened no response, least get the interest accrued while my signed settlement paperwork sat in their inbox and frankly for the three attorneys gone through during my case. And I say this from my hospital bed after having my right hip replaced as a result of that accident. I'm still unable to work and I get it, no one can give you the answer of "What do I do in the mean time?" Sorry for the negative answer, I know loan companies are loan companies, they are predatory lenders.
Why?
Not all cases are the same but even with small cease it can take a yr.
