I'm not sure what to say about Unicom Teleservices other than I'm impressed and thrilled with them. My organization won a contract/grant but had an extremely short ramp-up period to achieve operational status. I don't believe it would have possible without the knowledge, expertise, guidance, and ability of the staff at Unicom. They went above and beyond any reasonable expectation that I had in helping me meet our goal. The service and caring I have received are second to none, and in conversations with the business' leadership, it is clear that these flow from the very top.
