Go somewhere else!!!!! They screw you up any way they can.... Escrow is just another way to keep money from you, Their checks bounce, and they bounce even harder if they know you are quitting. Yes they give you a chance fresh out of school but you better bellieve it they know what they are doing. They never pay you detention when you wait 4 hours at the rail when they are receiving that money. They pay rates are bs, $50 bucks for 3-4 hrs of work... you learn the hard way. If loads are overweight they want you to pay the ticket if they take you the weight station... Ha! If you are fresh out of school there is plenty of companies that will take you and give you the proper trainning. Those good reviews are from people who work there.
