If I could leave no stars I would! The incompetent ppl in that office are ridiculous. Between the manager Mary Johnson, who is very unprofessional and answers the phone irritated to do her job. To Esmeralda, Pilar and Beatriz who gave us false information as to us being fully reimbursed for a rental. They just don't know what they're doing there. I don't even know how they are still in business. Been with them over 15 yrs. But with this recent incident that's Definitely coming to an end. Horrible customer service, Horrible coverages, and any way they can wiggle their way out of responsibility or accountability, believe me they will! Run far away from this company, unless you want headaches and lies when you need them!! Remember yall, you get what you pay for!!
