So much more than a payroll processing or insurance broker you can get quotes from all day long. They are an amazing HR resource. Yes they handle the other things but to me what sets them apart is their genuine and devoted assistance with all things human resources. Providing a third-party resource for employees to feel they have someone who will listen, providing advice to employer or maintaining a list of ongoing training online and in person to increase the quality of employment. They have been there even when we were going through a difficult layoff period helping all along the way.

A professional employer organization (PEO) provides HR services for small and mid-size businesses. PEOs typically help in four areas: Payroll Processing, Employee Benefit Procurement & Administration, Workers’ Compensation Procurement & Management and Human Resource Management.
