This was the first time we used Estes Express, Bakersfield, CA. They were highly recommended by our supplier in Taft, CA. Elisa and I emailed several times. I was grateful she was so patient and prompt with my many many questions and our extra request for a lift gate and pallet jack. SThe service was outstanding. Our shipment was quickly picked up and arrived in excellent condition. The driver, Fernando , was on time and very polite and worked very hard unloading.
