The staff are super nice, and the maintenance/ cleaning staff of the location are always sweet as well. There is always communication when there are changes regarding the club which is great, it is very convenient since I live upstairs in Presidential towers having FFC downstairs makes it super convenient to work out. There are a plethora of different machine types that make it easy for you to do any types of workouts whether it’s compound lifts or Olympic lifts or just cardio. Tons of classes to take as well.

I just recently joined this gym and I love it! Great facility, assortment of Weights and equipment. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Only issue I have is false advertising. I showed up on Saturday (09/03) 5:45 to have a staff member lock the door in front of me. Then when I try to enter he says they’re closed, even though online it says Saturdays and Sunday the West Loop location is open until 8pm. For a membership that costs over $100 a month you’d expect staff members to follow posted operating hours. I just don’t get how you can justify closing over 2 hours early without sending an email out or something. I am aware of the new turf they are installing and super excited about that, but I was made aware of that through email. But am very concerned that moving forward staff will continue to close early. I’ve read reviews about that happening but never experienced it before. Very upsetting I love this gym and the atmosphere but if my gym time is going to be cut over two hours early for no reason I have the urge to switch gyms.

Nice place to workout. Indoor pool. Equipment is a little to close to one another. Less room to change weight. Only 1 straight leg extension machine.
