Should CPS be notified if I know of a person with outstanding warrants for 4th degree larceny from 2013, who lives with multiple children? She has two outstanding warrants but I only know of one being for the larceny for sure.

Go to Catt Co office building , go in double doors go through security check point , they will direct you to Cattargus Co .Dept of social services , where they will assist you to a social worker to assist you .
