How do i file a complaint against my manager for wrongful termination??? My manager was rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. I have called the corporate office a dozen times only to get a voicemail that is full. My next step is to take legal action.

The voicemail may be full ... from other complaints, like mine. I left a message last week. I haven't received a response from them yet. I work in an Employment At Will state of TN. However, there are situations that are covered under EEOC... things that I have seen, and things that I have personally experienced. If you decide to take legal action, or even class action, I am willing to provide input relative to having been employed through Lyneer Staffing Solutions' Smyrna, TN office.
