After sending in almost 60k worth of gold, platinum and silver, I get a email saying were missing 9 items we sent them. Then we call them. The person on the phone says yup your missing 9 items approximately 10k worth and the box doesn't show any tampering. Obviously we go into panic mode on our end. The person on phone asked if we want them to pull there cameras to see. Well hell yes Obviously. We also pulled cameras footage to see we packaged what we said and have all on camera all the way up to pickup by FedEx. Then hours later we get a call back saying there sorry it was all there just miss titled. Miss titled and missing are way different. And we titled based on your instructions. The stress you put me & my team in over your wording and slow processing is very high. I don't think we will use your services anymore. This was our first time using your company and we are very disappointed. I would not currently recommend this place. And on a side note we ordered 6 gold basic ounces cheapest in stock to find out its not in stock and will not be in stock till next week. That is not what we was told when we ordered. We called and asked what's the cheapest gold one ounces you have in stock? You said we have X. I said Great I'll take 6. I asked can I pay out of the metals were sending you or should I e-check or what? Your team said its fine to pay out of ours metals, takes 2 to 3 days to process. That was a week ago, still today processing and you told me today you don't have in stock but should have Monday or Tuesday next week. 🤔 What? All in all very disappointed. Take pictures of what you send them. Make sure you have insurance. Hope they don't miss word things on there end for you. I would even recommend recording your calls to them so there is no communication problems like were having right now. You have my number we're still waiting for your call back to adjust the missing but not missing just miss titled items that's titled the way you told us to title them. 🤷‍♂️

Please stop using recruiters to do your hiring. Joshua knew NOTHING about the position or accounting general. The guy didn't even know that name of the person who would acutally hire me. I don't know how you can find good accountant if the person interviewing doesn't even know what an accountant does. Good luck

Questions & Answers

I have a wide range of coins thinking of getting my coins appraised the one I know that are worth the most 1943D copper penny and a 1974 on a dime planchette and a few more where do I go for this ?

Hi William, We would be more than happy to help you get the coins sent out to a grading service if they are not already certified. Mint error coins must be certified by a professional grading service such as NCG or PCGS for most dealers to accept the coins as credible. We would certainly be happy to take a look at the coins to give an honest opinion, but determining a value is not something we would be able to do without a professional grade and certification. Both of the coins you mentioned are incredibly rare with many known fakes. Thanks for your inquiry! -UCG

Do they find out how much a coin is worth? I have a 1919 s penny and I want to know if it has value. Its is in fine condition I'm pretty sure

Yes, we will assist in determining the value of your coins. Unfortunately, most wheat reverse pennies dating back to the early 1900's won't have much value as so many still exist. There are a few key dates that do have value. For us to best assist, feel free to bring any coins you think may have some value to our Fayetteville location!
