Pros: you get 3 breaks, two 10min and one 30min, Pto and a bonus.
Cons: Strict policy and terrible working conditions dusty,hot,noisy even with ear protection, Work place is very demanding.

Very bad work environment. During summer months absolutely unbearable heat in facility. Managers don’t want workers using bathrooms during working hours. There use to be good management but all good managers left several years ago.
Now that I have retired, I don’t know why I was thinking about this hell hole. What a bad place this was. Terrible working conditions, bad management, horrible HR department. It is a shame because there are really great people working in factory.

The outside glass panel of one half of my 22 year old Silverline Patio Door was shattered by a golf ball. The inner glass is still intact. Can the outside panel of the door be replaced or will I need to replace the entire side by side patio door?

You can order just the IG (glass panel) to replace it, but the work to remove/install it definitely needs an experienced person.

Yes you can, but first check the warranty on the unit. Many Silverline products offer warranty for cracked sashes.

I would try Andersen customer service, it is always good to check if your windows are under warranty. If you just want to by part any Silver Line dealer would do depending on you location
